Thomas Chmielecki

Founder of Lecki Homes / Lecki Developments Inc.

Thomas Chmielecki is a young, ambitious, hardworking entrepreneur. As a young boy, Thomas had a passion for building and construction that followed him as he grew into an adult. From ​a young age, Thomas was working on construction sites with his family, where he was able to experience and learn a variety of skills that became a stepping stone into his career.

Thomas attended Mohawk College from 2009-2012, where he successfully studied and ​obtained an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology. During his studies, Thomas ​gained experience in various multi-disciplinary responsibilities within the construction ​industry through his CO-OP terms, working as a Project Coordinator/Estimator. He also ​obtained certification with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, becoming a ​Licensed BCIN Designer in Ontario. Thomas began practicing independently as an ​Architectural Designer specializing in Small Buildings and New Homes.

After his studies, Thomas worked as a Project Manager/Estimator for a mid-sized ​General Contractor in the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area, while also working ​independently as an Architectural Designer and Building Consultant. In October 2014, ​upon learning of a growing family, Thomas decided to focus full-time on his independent ​work and incorporated TNC Group of Companies, focusing on Building/Consulting ​Services, General Construction, and Project Management.

Over the years, as Thomas developed his business, his specialty narrowed into Land ​Development and New Home Construction. In January 2021, Thomas incorporated Lecki ​Developments Inc. (operating as Lecki Homes), obtaining licensing with the Home ​Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) and TARION New Home Warranty ​Corporation. In May 2021, Lecki Developments Inc. also established a sister company, ​Thomas Developments Inc., specializing in Land Development and New Home ​Construction.

Thomas' passion for building new homes is evident in every home constructed by Lecki ​Homes. He believes in creating well-built, efficient, and comfortable homes, striving to ​provide the highest quality homes for any family to enjoy.
